Cancellation and Refunds Policy

DevoTrend IT Private Limited follows a structured cancellation and refund policy to ensure a smooth experience for its users. Please read the following guidelines before submitting a cancellation or refund request:

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation Window: Cancellations of ShiftSync subscriptions will be considered only if the request is made within 3-5 days of purchase.

  • Service Activation: If a cancellation request is made after the subscription has been activated or services have been utilized, the request may not be entertained.

  • Onboarding & Data Sync: DevoTrend IT Private Limited reserves the right to deny cancellation requests if the subscription period has started, and data synchronization or user onboarding has begun.

  • Custom Integrations: Any custom integrations or service modifications requested by the customer are non-refundable once development has started.

  • Enterprise & Bulk Subscriptions: Cancellation requests for enterprise or bulk subscriptions will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, subject to contractual agreements.

  • Annual Plans: Customers subscribed to annual plans must request cancellations within the designated period. Partial refunds or pro-rata cancellations are not applicable.

  • Promotional & Discounted Plans: Subscriptions purchased under promotional offers or discounts are non-refundable and cannot be canceled mid-term.

  • Unauthorized Payments: If an unauthorized payment is reported, our team will investigate and take appropriate action, including cancellation if necessary.

  • Auto-Renewals: Users who wish to cancel an auto-renewing subscription must submit a cancellation request before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle.

  • Failure to Use the Service: Non-usage of the service does not qualify for a cancellation or refund. It is the customer’s responsibility to use the service within the subscription period.

Refund Policy

  • Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds will be considered only for cancellations made within the 3-5 day cancellation window and only if the service has not been activated.

  • Service Utilization: Once the subscription has been activated or used, no refunds will be provided.

  • Technical Issues: If a customer experiences unresolved technical issues directly related to ShiftSync, a refund may be considered upon investigation by our technical team.

  • Duplicate Payments: If a duplicate payment is made due to technical errors, the excess amount will be refunded upon verification.

  • Refund Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days and credited to the original payment method.

  • Non-Refundable Items: Custom integrations, setup fees, and one-time service fees are strictly non-refundable.

  • Chargebacks & Disputes: If a customer initiates a chargeback without first contacting our support team, they may be ineligible for future services.
